1. Who you are contracting with

Touchline is operated by Mindsight Sport ("we", "us", "Mindsight Sport"). By creating an account or continuing to use Touchline you agree to these terms. If you are using Touchline on behalf of a club or organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The service

Touchline lets you load publicly available YouTube footage into an analysis workspace, step through it frame by frame, draw annotations, create clips and playlists, tag players and keep notes. You are responsible for having the right to analyse any footage you load, and for complying with YouTube's own terms.

3. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Touchline to:

• break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
• upload, store or share unlawful, abusive or infringing material;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate anyone;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.

5. Content and intellectual property

We own Touchline and everything in it — the software, its design and our branding. You keep ownership of your own notes, annotations, clip metadata and player data, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely so we can provide the service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Touchline under your chosen plan.

If you believe content in Touchline infringes your rights, contact us at coach@mindsightsport.com and we will review and remove infringing material. Accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

6. Plans and payment

Every account includes one free match analysis. Beyond that you can subscribe for £2.99 per month, or buy lifetime access for a single payment of £9.99. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from Settings, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

7. Service level

We work to keep Touchline available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Playback depends on YouTube, which is outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time from Settings; doing so permanently deletes your data.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. We may update these terms and will post the revised version here.
